'2002北京医院建筑设计及装备国际研讨会邀请函(国内)
各有关单位：
我们已经成功举办了三届医院建筑设计及装备国际研讨会，对推动我国城市医院的合理建设和科学管理起到了重要的作用。通过在医院建筑、工程、装备领域里的交流，使我们越来越清醒地看到，医院建筑与医院管理、现代医学科学技术、卫生经济、卫生改革等领域有着密不可分、相辅相成的关系，国际研讨会的召开还带动了卫生工程产业的发展，在卫生系统产生了巨大的反响。通过国际研讨会进一步了解发达国家医院建筑规划设计、建筑环境、建筑装备、建筑材料、建筑装饰的现状, 及时更新观念, 同时通过不断的探讨和交流，加快实现我国医院建筑设计及装备的标准化、现代化和国际化，特别是目前我国医院正处于“更新换代”、“改造就医环境”的建设时期，同时也使医院管理模式改革的关键时期，参加这样的国际研讨会就显得更加重要。2002年是召开第四届医院建筑设计及装备国际研讨会的年份，现将国际研讨会具体事宜通知如下：

We had successfully conducted the three sessions of International Symposium on Hospital Construction Design and Exhibition of Medical Equipment in China (herein after referred to as the international symposium). The symposia played a significant role in accelerating the development of the hospitals in China. The international symposium will provide an opportunity to learn further the hospital architecture, design, equipment in the developed countries, exchange and summarize the experiences and lessons of hospital architectural design and equipment installation in China, broaden the envisages of hospital development, frame the modern hospital model, optimize the hospital function design, adopt more modern and appropriate design, space environmental arrangement, and resolve the improvement and expansion of the old hospitals in line with the local conditions. It is noticed that the Chinese hospitals are currently at the stage of ``replacement`` and improve ``hospital conditions``. Therefore, it is even more meaningful to conduct such an international symposium at this critical moment.Based on this circumstance, the Ministry of Health, P. R. 9. Exhibition Participation Procedures
