通过遗传筛选,确定she2p,she3p与ASH1mRNA定位有关,它们怎么做到呢?Ralf-Peter Jansen and colleagues发现she2p是一个long-sought-after RNA结合蛋白质与ASH1mRNA特异性结合。she3p是一个C末端与she2p结合,N末端与Myo 4p结合的接头蛋白。she3p与此肌动蛋白组成型结合。在缺失ASH1mRNA是仍能被运输进出芽中,she2p则需要与ASH1mRNA结合来与she3p有效的相互作用。
