AIM: To optimize the operation and condition of cultivation and preservation for Helicobacter pylori.
METHODS: Self-made microaerophilic pot was used to optimize the cultivation condition for H pylori with orthogonal designing, and the anabiosis of H pylori was observed and compared in two preservative fluids of different concentration under -20℃ ......
