    Abstract

    AIM: To investigate the expression and correlation of VEGF-C and CXCR4 in gastric cancer tissue.

    METHODS: Semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction was performed to detect the expression of VEGF-C and CXCR4 according to cancer stage in cancer and adjacent tissues in 50 cases of gastric cancer.

    RESULTS: The expression index of VEGF-C in gastric cancer stage pN1 (0.34 ± 0.08) was significantly higher than that in gastric cancer stage pN0 without regional lymph node metastasis (0 ......
