Abstract
AIM: To investigate the differential diagnostic values of double-balloon enteroscopy in Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis.
METHODS: Thirty-eight suspected obscure intestinal tuberculosis and Crohn's disease patients underwent double-balloon enteroscopy examination. Endoscopic diagnosis, pathology and clinical follow-up were used to evaluate the value of double-balloon enteroscopy in the diagnosis of the two diseases ......
