    Abstract

    AIM: To study the inhibitory effect of Chinese herbs with anti-mutation activity on the mismatch-repair-gene-deficient colorectal cancer cell line.

    METHODS: Fourteen Chinese herbs were used to treat the hMSH2-deficient colorectal cancer Lovo cell line and mismatch-repair-gene-deficient colorectal SW480 cell line, and growth rate was evaluated by the MTT method.
