    摘要 目的：采用毛细管区带电泳法对四物汤及其配伍组方中酚酸类成分——丹皮酚、苯甲酸和没食子酸同时进行含量测定。方法：采用熔融石英毛细管柱(75μm×49.2 cm，有效柱长39.0 cm)作为分离通道；用30 mmol/L 硼砂缓冲溶液(体积分数5%甲醇，pH 9.4)为运行缓冲液；运行电压2O kV、检测波长212衄、毛细管柱温25℃。结果：丹皮酚、苯甲酸和没食子酸分别在3.680～230.0μg/ mL、1.126～112.6μg/ mL 和3.000～187.5μg/ mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.997)；回收率在98.6%～102.3% 之间；重复性实验中丹皮酚、苯甲酸和没食子酸峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为3.99%，4.05% ，5.21%(n=6)。结论：测定方法简单、灵敏、快速，回收率和重现性好。
