肾错构瘤的影像学特征

    [摘要] 目的: 提高肾错构瘤手术前的诊断准确性。方法: 结合相应的病理学特征, 回顾性分析 54 例肾错构

    瘤的影像学表现。结果: 肾错构瘤在 IV P 上无特异性表现, 在选择性肾动脉造影、 B 超、 CT 等检查上有特征性表

    现。54 例行 IV P 检查, 无一例确诊为肾错构瘤; 54 例行B 超检查, 44 例确诊为肾错构瘤; 42 例行CT 检查, 38 例

    确诊为肾错构瘤。结论:B 超、 CT 为肾错构瘤的最佳检查方法, 必要时可选用选择性肾动脉造影。

    肾错构瘤是肾脏较常见的肿瘤。我院自1975～

    2000 年 4 月收治肾错构瘤 54 例, 均经病理检查证

    实。为了探讨其影像学特征, 现结合相应的病理学特

    点对其影像学表现进行回顾性分析, 以提高术前诊

    断的准确性。

    1 资料与方法

    1 . 1 一般资料

    本组54 例, 男 17 例, 女 37 例, 年龄 19～ 74 岁,平均43. 1岁。临床症状以腰背疼痛及血尿为主, 大部

    分患者平时无症状而在体检时发现。病程长短不一。

    病变发生于单侧肾脏44 例, 其中左侧20 例, 右侧24

    例; 双侧10 例。有10 例16 个肾脏为多发性肿瘤。大

    部分病变在肾实质内, 少部分病变在肾包膜下并向

    外扩展 ......
