【摘 要】目的：分析在桡骨远端骨折合并尺骨茎突骨折患者的治疗当中，切开复位内固定方式的应用效果。方法：选择我院2018年1月至2019年9月收治的60例桡骨远端骨折合并尺骨茎突骨折患者为对象，所有患者入院后都需要接受切开复位内固定治疗，对患者接受治疗前后的各项临床指标进行观察。结果：所有患者接受治疗后的各项指标水平均要好于治疗前，相关数据比较后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对同时出现桡骨远端骨折与尺骨茎突骨折的患者，切开复位内固定治疗的效果较好，该方案值得实施。

    Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture combined with ulna styloid process fracture. Methods： 60 patients with distal radius fracture and styloid process fracture of ulna who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the objects.
