旋毛虫成囊前期幼虫抗原的分析与诊断价值的研究*

    中国人兽共患病杂志990306 摘 要 目的 研究旋毛虫成囊前期幼虫抗原(pre-encysted larva antigens,PELA)的组分和诊断价值。方法 应用免疫印迹对比分析PELA和成囊幼虫抗原(ELA)的组分和它们对人及大鼠旋毛虫病诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果 PELA有3条抗原带(分子量分别为:15、17和129kD)与ELA明显不同;对于感染旋毛虫的大鼠,PELA的首次血清阳性反应出现在感染后第10天,而ELA则在感染后第14天,大鼠抗PELA血清抗体出现较早(P<0.01);对22份旋毛虫病人血清,PELA的阳性率为100%,ELA为72.7%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);除1例鞭虫病人外,其它寄生虫病人及健康人血清,两种抗原均呈阴性反应,两种抗原的特异性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 PELA比ELA对早期旋毛虫病的诊断著有更大的价值。

    ANALYSIS OF ANTIGENS OF THE PRE-ENCYSTED LARVAE OF

    TRICHINELLA SPIRALIS AND THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUES FOR TRICHINOSIS

    ABSTRACT Aim To study the diagnostic values of the pre-encysted larvae(PELA)of Trichinella spiralis.Method The sensitivity and specificity of PELA in diagnoses of rat and human trichinosis were studied by Western blot while the antigens of the encysted larvae(ELA) were used as controla.Results There were apparent differences between the antigenic constituents of the PELA and ELA;the PELA first apperred in positive reaction with sera from rats infected with T.spiralis on the 10th day after infection,while the ELA on the 14th day.The positive reaction of PELA appeared earlier than that of ELA(P<0.01).The antibody positive rate of 22 patients with trichinosis
