心理护理在耳穴贴压戒烟中的作用

摘要：将60例戒烟病人随机分为单纯耳穴贴压组、耳穴贴压加心理护理组。耳穴贴压加心理护理组除给予详细的入院宣教外，对戒断反应及时采取移情咨询法、教导法及提高士气法。结果表明：耳穴贴压加心理护理组总有效率为93.75%，单纯耳穴贴压组总有效率为67.86%，经统计学处理，两组疗效具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。伴随症状改善率耳穴贴压加心理护理组亦明显高于单纯耳穴贴压组(P<0.01)。

Abstract： 60 cases of patients for giving up smoking were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients of group A had received auricle point applying only. While Patients of group B had got auricle point applying plus psychological nursing care. The latter included nurses made admission propaganda and education to patients in detail.
