[摘要] 目的: 正确选择治疗脂肪肝的药物及疗法。方法: 综述国内外有关文献。结果 :治疗脂肪肝首先要去除病因，调整饮食，药物仅起辅助治疗作用。结论: 临床医生要根据脂肪肝的病因和病情合理选用脂肪肝的药物治疗。

[Abstract] objective: To select the suitable drugs and therapy for steatohepatitis. Method: Related literatures of national and overseas were summarized about drug therapies steatohepatitis. Result: Treatment for steatohepatitis must get rid of the etiological factors first and adjust diet intake. The drug therapies are only an auxiliary therapy. Conclusion: Doctors must select drug treatments for steatohepatitis reasonablely according to the etiological factor and state of steatohepatitis. ......
