Hplc法测定天眩清注射剂及原料中天麻素的含量

[摘要] 目的：建立HPLC法测定天眩清注射液中天麻素的含量。方法：采用Shim-pack CLC-CN(150mm×6.0mm,5μm)柱，流动相为乙腈--水(10:90)，检测波长270nm。结果：天眩清中天麻素在1 ~ 8μg范围内呈良好线性关系，线性关系¡=0.9999,平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=0.50%(n = 6)。结论：方法准确、重现性好，简便、快速，适用于该产品及原料或其他制剂的质量分析。

[Abstract] Objective: To develp an HPLC assay for the determination of gastrodin in tianxuanqing injection and compound products. Methods: Shim-pack CLC-CN Column(150mm×6.0mm,5μm) was used.The mixture of acetonitrile and water (10:90) was adopted as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength at 270nm.Result:The calibration curve was in good linearity over the concentration range of 1- 8μg(γ=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.87% , RSD=0.50% (n=6).Conclusion: The method appeared to be reliable,accurate,reproducible,simple and rapid.
