Hplc法测定健脑丸中阿魏酸含量

    [摘要] 目的：测定健脑丸中阿魏酸含量。方法：采用HPLC法，色谱柱为Kromacil C18(4.6mmx250mm,5μm)，流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(38﹕62﹕0.1)，检测波长为323nm，流速：1.0mL·min-1，灵敏度：0.50AUFS。结果：平均加样回收率为99.07%，线性范围：34.6～276.8μg，γ=0.99981。结论：方法简便、快速、灵敏度高，可用于该品的质量控制。

    HPLC determination of ferulic acid in Jiannao pills

    [Abstract] Objective: To establish a method for determination of Jiannao pills. Methods: HPLC was adopted using a column of YWG-C18(4.6mm x 250mm,5μm), a mobile phase consisted of MeOH:H2O:HAc (38:62:0.1), a detector of 323nm, a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1 and a column temperature of room temperature. Results: The method had a recovery of 99.07%,a liner range of 34.6～276.8μg and r=0.9998. Conclusion: A simple, rapid, sensitive, and accurate method for determination of ferulic acid in Jiannao pills has been established.
