透血脑屏障制剂的研究进展

[摘要] 透血脑屏障的研究是药剂学研究中的一个热点和难点,目前研究较多的途径是静脉注射纳米粒和鼻腔给药。本文综述了纳米粒的载药方法和透血脑屏障的机制;通过鼻腔给药实现透血脑屏障的途径,影响药物从嗅觉区进入中枢神经系统的因素以及大分子药物利用该途径的可能性。

RECENT ADVANCES OF DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEMS ACROSS BLOOD-BRAIN BARRIER

Abstract It remains a challenging task to enhance the drug delivery across blood-brain barrier in pharmaceutical research. At present research is focused on two routes: nanoparticles(i.v.) and nasal delivery route. The following advances are reviewed in the present article: preparation methods of drug-loaded nanoparticles and the mechanism of crossing blood-brain barrier of nanoparticles; the routes of circumventing blood-brain barrier by intranasal administration, factors of influencing the delivery of drug into central nervous system from olfactory region, the possibility for macromolecular drug to utilize the nasal delivery route.
