精神科猝死，猝死倾向与处理(3)
(二) 处理原则
若出现猝死征象时，及时发现诊断明确，分清药源性和非药源性猝死症；抢救迅速而恰当，尽快消除猝死的有关原因和因素，尽早脱险；若是药源性猝死症，分析发生机理可据情选用拮抗药物；同时注意药物一般中毒的处理；注意并发症的预防和治疗；治疗期间以防产生矛盾用药现象；在拮抗药物的应用时，注意植物神经系统药物如抗胆碱药物，拟胆碱药物，抗交感药物和拟交感药物的应用，如药源性肺水肿合理应用抗胆碱药，严重的心动过缓合理应用阿托品和拟肾上腺素能药；恶性腰麻痹合理应用拟胆碱药等。若是非药源性猝死症，必须立即请内科会诊，由内科医生指导下进行系统、恰当的治疗，否则难免一猝死或病死。
