【Abstract】Purpose To discuss the clinical applications of 3D MR virtual endoscopy (MR VE) . Materials and methods Thirty one patients' canal organs containing fluid or gas were examined by MRI without gap, which including vertebral canal, biliary tract, urinary system, aorta with its main branches and colon. The primary data were transferred to the computer workstation. Adjusting the threshold of the signal intensity through "Navigator" S/W from the computer workstation , the gas or fluid containing organs were displayed and their inner walls were reconstructed. Using the 揻light through" function, we practiced the MR VE. Results With MR VE , the prominent disc pressing the dural sac, and relationship between intradural-extramedullary mass and the spinal cord were clearly demonstrated. The inner wall of aorta with its main branches, the leak of pseudoaneurysm and the appearance of true/false cavity could be displayed by MR VE. Conclusion 3D MR VE provides a free-angulation vision of the canal organs. However, the clinical value will require further investigation.

CT 仿 真 内 窥 镜 (CT VE) 已 广 泛 应 用 于 临 床[ 1～4 ], 但 MR 仿 真 内 窥 镜 (MR VE) 国 外 多 为 应 用 于 血 管 的 报 道[ 5～8 ] ，国 内 尚 未 见 报 道。 笔 者 通 过 全 身 多 个 器 官、 系 统 的 三 维 (3D) MR 扫 描 , 初 步 探 讨 MR 仿 真 内 窥 镜 在 临 床 的 应 用。
材 料 与 方 法
对 31 例 患 者 进 行 3D MR 扫 描, 其 中 男 12 例, 女 19 例； 中 位 年 龄 50.5 岁 (14~76 岁)。 脊 柱 病 变 20 例 , 其 中 17 例 于 普 通 MRI 扫 描 中 应 用 矢 状 位 和 横 轴 位 ( T1 加 权 像 , T2 加 权 像 ) 扫 描, 以 及 3D MR 脊 髓 成 像， 均 见 椎 间 盘 突 出 挤 压 硬 膜 囊，3 例 为 髓 外 硬 膜 内 肿 瘤； 主 动 脉 及 其 分 支 病 变 5 例, 其 中 包 括 主 动 脉 夹 层 动 脉 瘤 3 例, 主 动 脉 瘤 1 例, 肾 动 脉 狭 窄1 例, 升 结 肠 癌 1 例, 胆 道 病 变 3 例, 泌 尿 系 统 病 变 2 例。 以 正 常 的 节 段 作 为 对 照 。 应 用 了 GE Signa LX 1.5 T MR 机, 计 算 机 工 作 站 (SUN Sparc 20 Work Station) 及 其 配 套 软 件。, http://www.100md.com(李 莹 蒋 涛 翟 仁 友)
