摘 要:本文进行了18只兔股骨头坏死用生脉成骨胶囊治疗后股骨头修复的生物力学性能、生化和电镜分析,探讨中药对股骨头修复愈合机制,探索骨骼重建理论,应力与骨愈合生长作用机理性研究,以此论证中药“生脉成骨胶囊”有促进骨坏死修复的作用。
A STUDY ON REPAITING MECHANISM OF THE FEMORAL HEAD MECROSIS TREATED WITH CHINESE HERB

Abstract:To investigate the repairing mechanism of necrotic femoral head treated with Shengmai Chenggu capsule, we measured the mechanical properties and biochemical components of steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head in the rabbits. The results revealed the mechanical properties osteocalcium, the ratio of Ca/P and collegen of the femoral head in the group treated with Chinese herb were better than those in the group control and model. It indicated Shengmai Chenggu capsule can modify biochemistry metabolism, improve necrotic bone repairing
