藻酸双酯钠对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注后神经细胞保护作用的研究

【摘要】
目的:探讨藻酸双酯钠(PSS)对大鼠急性脑缺血后神经细胞的保护作用。
方法:采用线栓法制作大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)再灌注模型,用TUNEL法检测大鼠脑缺血再灌注后细胞凋亡的变化。
结果:(1)治疗组和缺血组神经功能评分分别为1.83±0.75和2.83±0.75(P<0.05),脑梗死体积分别为 (107.87±12.09 mm3) 和 (150.30±30.50 mm3)(P <0.05);(2)与缺血组相比,光镜和电镜下可见PSS治疗组神经细胞的超微结构趋于正常,PSS能减轻缺血对细胞形态结构的破坏;(3)与缺血组相比,PSS治疗组细胞凋亡数于再灌注后1h和3h未见明显减少(P >0.05),于再灌注后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h及72 h表达均有减少(P <0.05,P <0.01)。

结论:(1)PSS能明显改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注后的神经功能,能明显缩小脑梗死体积,减轻缺血对细胞形态结构的破坏,从而对神经细胞具有保护作用;(2)抑制脑缺血再灌注后细胞凋亡可能是PSS的神经细胞保护作用机制之一。

【Abstract】
Objective :To investigate the angulation of arteries on the base of the brain and provide the anatomical basis for interventional neuroradiologic procedures.

Methods: Vascular casting was made by perfusing acrylonitrile butradiene styrene(ABS) with 25 cases fetal and 36 cases adult cadaveric brains. ∠C6-OA, ∠C7-AChA, ∠C7-PCoA, ∠C7-A1, ∠C7-M1, ∠A1-ACoA, ∠PCoA- P1, ∠P1-P2, the ramification of M1 segment and the ramification of BA were measured respectively.
Results: Most of the angulations including ∠C6-OA, ∠A1-ACoA, C7-PCoA, ∠PCoA-P1, ∠C7-M1, ∠P1-P2, ∠C7-AChA(only adult group) and the bifurcation of BA are obtuse. Most of the angulations including the bifurcation of M1, ∠C7-A1, ∠C7-AChA(only fetal group)are acute. A compared study was done between two groups, Although significant differences exist in ∠C7-A1, ∠C7-AChA and ∠C7-PCoA, the common trait is that the average angle is much bigger in adult group than those in fetal group. The very significant difference exist in ∠C7-AChA: It is obtuse angle in one group while it is acute angle in another group.

Conclusion: Significant changes exist in the angulation of ∠C7-A1, ∠C7-AchA and ∠C7-PCoA accompanying with development. For adult, most of the angulations of arteries on the base of the brain are obtuse and most of the angulations of ∠C7- A1 and the bifurcation of M1 are acute.
