小骨窗开颅术和钻孔引流术治疗脑出血疗效的对比研究
【摘要】
目的 比较小骨窗开颅术和钻孔引流术治疗高血压脑出血的两种不同手术的效果。
方法 采用随机对照的方法，将980名高血压脑出血患者分为开颅手术组(503例)和行小骨窗开颅清除血肿和孔引流组(477例)，进孔引流血肿两种不同手术方式的对比研究。 结果 开颅手术组死亡率为8.95%，钻孔引流组为8.8 1%。两组残死和恢复率分别为：开颅手术组1 9.68%和80.32%；钻孔引流组24.40%和75.60%。统计结果显示，两组的残死率和恢复率差异无显著性意义。
结论 小骨窗开颅清除血肿手术和钻孔引流血肿手术有相似的治疗效果，各医疗单位可以根据各自所熟悉的手术方法对高血压脑出血的患者进行治疗。

【Abstract】
Obj ective
A prospective，randomized and muhicentre method was used to compare the
effectiveness and difference of the two types of operations，small bone flap craniotomy and drill drainage，for thetreatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
Methods
In this study，9 80 patients were divided into two’groups randomly.There were 503 patients treated by small bone flap craniotomy and 477 by drill drainage.
Results
The mortality rate was 8.95%in the craniotomy group，while it was 8.8 1%in the drainage one.There were no signifi—cant differences between them statistically.
Conclusion The small bone flap craniotomy surgery and the drill drainage surgery had similar effects in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Both of the two methods can be used according to the suitable conditions.
