冠状动脉支架置入术后再狭窄患者血浆脂蛋白(α)水平(摘要)

结果：再狭窄组平均血浆Lp(α)水平与非再狭窄组比较无显著差别(分别为29.0±4.3 mg/dL对30.5±5.2mg/dL,P>0.05)。
结论：Lp(α)可能不是冠状动脉支架置入术后再狭窄发生的危险因素。同时提示支架置入术后再狭窄的发生机制可能与PTCA后再狭窄者有所不同。

Objective: Lipoprotein (α) [Lp(α)] has been implicated in restenosis after balloon angioplasty, but the association between Lp(α) and restenosis after coronary stenting is unknown. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of plasma Lp(α) in restenosis after elective coronary stenting.
Methods: Seventy-two patients who received elective coronary stenting 3～12 months ago underwent angiographic follow-up in our hospital from May 1998 to August 1999. Instent restenosis was defined as a percent diameter stenosis ≥50% at the site of the lesion treated with the stent in at least one vessel. According to this definition, the patients were divided into two groups: restenosis group (n=38) and nonrestenosis group (n=34). Blood samples for measurement of plasma Lp(α) were obtained within one week before coronary angiography. Lp(α) was measured with ELISA.

Results: Mean plasma Lp(α) level in restenosis group was not significantly different from that in nonrestenosis group (29.0±4.3 mg/dL vs. 30.5±5.2 mg/dL, p>0.05).
Conclusion: The results suggest that Plasma Lp(α) may be not a risk factor for restenosis after elective coronary stenting, and the mechanism of restenosis after coronary stenting may be different from balloon angioplasty., 百拇医药
