Dynamic changes and role of nitric oxide in rats with fulmiant hepatitis

Abstract
AIM To study dynamic changes and possible role of serum NO levels in rats with fulminant hepatitis (FH).
METHODS By promoting or inhibiting the synthesis of NO in FH rats models with chemicals, we have detected the changes of serum NO, ALT and AST levels and observed pathological changes of hepatic tissue.
