    Preventive effects of Weishu capsule on atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions in rats

    Abstract 

    AIM To study the preventive effects and mechanism of Weishu capsule on atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions in rats.

    METHODS Using combined N-methyl-N＇-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG), ranitidine and abnormal ingestion method, the model of precancerous lesions with atrophic gastritis in rats was made, in which the syndromes of qi deficiency and blood stasis were involved. Rats (55) were divided into four groups randomly, normal group (n=10), model group (n=15) , retinoic acid (RA) group (n=15), 40mg/kg·d, ig and Weishu capsule group (n=15) ......
