    Abstract

    AIM To explore the pathogenesis of chronic HCV infection.

    METHODS Anti-GOR, antinuclear antibodies (ANA), thyroglobulin antibody (TGA) and thyroiol microsome antibody (TMA) were measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and indirect immunofluorescent assay, radioimmunoassay respectively. Sixty-six patients with chronic HCV infection, 37 chronic HBV infected patients and 39 healthy subjects as normal controls were observed. ......
