    Effect of embryo hepatic extracts on proliferation and differentiation of hepatoma BEL-7402 cells

    Abstract

    AIM To investigate the growth inhibitory and differential effect of the hepatic extracts (E₄,E₇) from 4-and 7-month old embryo on BEL-7402 hepatoma cells in vitro.

    METHODS The effects of (10-1000)mg/L E₄ and E₇ on BEL-7402 hepatoma cells in culture were investigated by using cell counting under microscope, ³H-TdR incorporation and MTT colorimetric assay. ......
