Abstract
AIM To understand the expression of mRNA for insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) and IGF-Ⅰ receptor in the carcinogenesis of patients with hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC).
METHODS In situ hybridization was used to detect the mRNA for IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅰ receptor in HCC (n=30) and adjacent nontumor tissues. ......
