Study of histopathological staging in liver cirrhosis

Abstract
AIM To study the clinical pathological significance of different staging in liver cirrhosis.
METHODS A total of 456 biopsies of liver cirrhosis were performed with HE, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry and electron microscopic technique.
RESULTS These specimens were divided into early, middle and late liver cirrhosis based on their histopathological characters, and the latter also could be divided into 3 kinds of pathological types: A, B and C. Among them, not only their histological appearances were different, but also their reticular, collagenous, elastic fibers and FN, LN and IV-Co in fibrous zones of pseudolobuli were different ......
