Abstract
AIM To investigate the influence of ATRA and/or 5-Fu on telomerase activity and cell growth of gastric cancer cells in vitro.
METHODS MGC-803 gastric cancer cells were treated with ATRA and/or 5-Fu respectively. Cell activities were measured by MTT assay and telomerase activities by telomere repeat amplification protocol (TRAP). ......
