Abstract AIM To study the relationship between cagA vacA genotypes and incidences of antibiotic-resistant H.pylori strains.
METHODS MICs of antibiotics on 50 H.pylori strains were determined by agar dilution methods. MIC50 and MIC90 were also calculat ed. H.pylori vacA (s1a, s1b, s2, m1, m2) and cagA genotypes were classif ied by multiplex PCR method. ......
