    Abstract

    AIM To investigate the renal pathologic lesion of alcoholic liver disease in rats and the expression of laminin and collagen Ⅲ in kidney.

    METHODS The rat model of alcoholic hepatic and renal lesion by intragastric perfusion of ethanol,then renal pathologic changes stained by hemat oxylin and eosin stain were observed by electron microscope.The expression of la minin in 16 control rats and 30 model rats were evaluated by immunohistochemistr y. ......
