[摘 要] 目的：观察MEBT/MEBO对不同面积和深度烧伤病人的治疗效果。方法：全程采用MEBT/MEBO治疗160例烧伤病人，面积4%～92%TBSA，伴深Ⅱ度烧伤 136例，伴Ⅲ度烧伤24例。同时根据病情给予抗休克、抗感染、强心、维护胃肠及肾功能等 全身综合性治疗。结果：治愈156例，死亡4例，总治愈率987%；深Ⅱ度创 面治愈后无疤痕，浅Ⅲ度无功能障碍，小面积深Ⅲ度创面也无需植皮。结论：MEBT/MEBO对各种面积和深度烧伤均有很好的治疗效果。

Application of MEBT/MEBO in Treating 160 Cases of Burn Yu Kai, Li Yaojin, Yang Mongying, et al., Hospital of Chinese Medicine, Zhongxiang City , Hubei Province 431900
[Abstract] Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treatin g different area and different depth of burn. Methods: 160 cases of burn were treated in the whole treating course with MEBT/MEBO. Burn area: 4 - 92%TBSA. 136 cases had dee p second degree burn and 24 cases had third degree burn. Systemic treatment incl uding anti-shock, anti-infection, cardio-tonic and gastrointestinal and renal fu nction protective measures were taken. Results: 156 cases cured and 4 cases died . Total curative rate was 98.7%. Deep second degree burn wounds healed without s car formation, superficial third degree burn healed without dysfunction and smal l area third degree burn wounds healed with no need of skin grafting. Conclusion : MEBT/MEBO has very good efficacy in treating burn of different area and depth. ......
