    [摘要] 目的：由多种原因引起的老年人慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡，病程长，全身情况差，临床治疗颇为棘手。为了探索新的治疗方法，使创面尽快愈合。方法：局部采用MEBO暴露疗法或包扎疗法，其治疗21例。结果：15例痊愈，4例创面肉芽生长良好后植皮愈合，2例好转后出院。有效率100%。结论：MEBO治疗老年人慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡，安全易行，疗效满意，是一种较理想治疗方法，值得推广。

    [Abstract]Objective: To explore new method for treating chronic and refractory skin ulcer of the elders. Method: Local application of MEBO using exposed or bandaging method. Results: 15 cases healed, 4 cases subject to skin grafting after granulation, 2 cases left the hospital after the cases were improved. Total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: MEBO is very effective for treating chronic and refractory skin ulcer of the elders. It is easy and safe and is worthy to be popularized.
