    [摘 要] 目的：为了更好地保存烧伤患者手的功能，降低患者伤后畸形率，提 高伤后生活质量。方法：规范应用MEBT/MEBO治疗手段和刀药结合的方法， 改善伤后手部微循环。自始至终保持患手的动静结合，调动气血运行。结果：60只手部深Ⅱ度～Ⅲ度烧伤，痊愈51只，占85%；好转9只，占15%；总有效率100%。结论：三度六级分法最适宜手部烧伤的划分与治疗。MEBT/MEBO在手部深度烧伤的 治疗中降低了畸形和致残率，MEBO的使用方法简单，便于推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective: To better protect the function of the b urn hands and to low er the deformity rate and promote the living quality. Method: MEBT/MEBO was appl ied in compliance with the standardized method and in association with the techn ique of integrating knife and drug to improve microcirculation in hands. During the whole course of the treatment, the injured hands were kept in a state in com pliance with the principle of combination of movement and immobilization to regu late the blood flow. Result: 51 out of the 60 hands with deep second and third d egree burn healed, the healing rate was 85%. 9 hands turned better, accounted fo r 15%, The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: Three degree six division method is suitable for the classification of hand burn wounds. MEBT/MEBO for tre ating deep hand burn wounds can lower deformity and disablement rates. MEBO is e asy and simple to apply and to be popularized. ......
