    [ 摘 要 ] 报道1995～1997年采用MEBT/MEBO治疗三批烧伤病人共24例，最小年龄7岁，最大年龄58岁。其中烧伤总面积在80%～98%、Ⅲ度烧伤面积在45%以上者8例，总面积50%～79%Ⅲ度面积30%以上者11例，总面积30～49%Ⅲ度烧伤面积15%以上者5例。伴吸入性损伤17例，行气管切开12例。除1例因多脏器功能衰竭(MOSF)死亡外，其余均治愈，效果满意。

    Experience with MEBT in Treating Large Area Burns in Groups Wang Shiyou Xiangfan 364 hospital, Xiangfan Burn center 441021

    [Abstract] 24 cases of burn were treated with MEBT in 3 groups. The youngest was 7 years old and the oldest 58 years. 8 cases had a total burn area of 80 to 98% and third degree burn more than 45%, 11 cases had total burn area 50 to 79% and third degree burn more than 30% and 5 cases had total burn area 30 to 49% and third degree burn more than 15%. 17 cases were complicated by inhalation injury. 12 cases were subjected to tracheotomy. One case died from MSOF. All the rest of the cases were cured with satisfactory therapeutic results.
