    [摘 要]目的：总结对面部烧伤病人心理护理的措施。方法：186例伴有面部烧伤的病人采用心理调查、咨询分析，查找心理变化的特点和原因，有针对性地开展心理护理，并同时加强常规护理。结果：全部病人均痊愈出院，身心恢复健康。结论：良好的治疗环境和护患关系是做好护理的前提；全面准确的护理计划和及时有效的心理护理措施是保证面部烧伤患者身心健康的关键。

    [Abstract]Objective: To sum up the experience in psychological nursi ng of patients with facial burn. Method: Psychological look into, consultative a nalysis and fi nding out the characteristics and causes of psychological changes in 186 cases o f facial burn were done. Special nursing work was aimed at improving the psychol og ical state and routine nursing work was strengthened. Result: All the patients h ealed in a healthy psychological state. Conclusion: Good environment of treatmen t and good relations between the nursing staffs and the patients are the premis e of good nursing. Considerate planning and effective measures of nursing work c an ensure a healthy psychological state of the patients. ......
