    [摘 要] 目的：观察MEBO治疗烧伤晚期感染性残余创面的疗效。方法： 检测残余创面感染细菌菌种，外用MEBO，观察创面愈合时间。结果：所有均能在16天内愈合，最短愈合时间为6天，随访20例，未见瘢痕增生。结论： MEBO治疗烧伤晚期残余创面效果明显，优于SD-Ag冷霜包扎及0.5%碘伏纱布包扎。

    Experience with MEBO in Treating Infected Residual Burn Wounds at the Later Stage Li Jun No.364 Hospital, Xiangfan, Corporation of Aeronautical Industry 441021

    [Abstract] To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating infected resid ual burn wou nds at the later stage. Method: Wounds were treated locally with MEBO, bacteria in the wounds were detected and wound healing time observed. Result: All the inf ected residual burn wounds healed in 16 days, the shortest healing time was 6 da ys. After followed-up (20 cases), no hyperplastic scar formed. Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious in treating residual burn wounds at the later stage, it is b etter than SD-Ag cream and 0.5% iodophor gauze bandaging treatment.
