    [摘要] 目的：为了探讨MEBT/MEBO在基层卫生院治疗大面积烧伤的可行性。方法：全程应用MEBT/MEBO救治一例烧伤面积100%合并多脏器功能不全的患者 。结果：61天痊愈出院，未植皮、无瘢痕，无功能障碍。结论：MEBT/MEBO在条件一般的乡镇卫生院，同样能治好大面积烧伤。

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the feasibility of the application o f MEBT/MEBO in treating large area burn in the grass root level health centers. Method: A c ase of 100% BSA burn complicated by multiple organ dysfunction was tr eated, in the whole course, with MEBT/MEBO. Result: The patient was cured and d ischarged after staying in the hospital for 61 days. No skin grafting was done. Wounds healed with no scar and no dysfunction. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO can be appl ied in suburban health centers for treating large area burn. ......
