湖北省丹江口市卫校附属医院(442700) 崔文成 成传安[摘要] 目的：观察烧伤湿性医疗技术对深度烧伤创面的治疗效果。方法：12例深Ⅱ度和浅Ⅲ度烧伤患者全程采用烧伤湿性医疗技术治疗，其烧伤 面积3%～20%TBSA。结果：全部创面均自行愈合，皮肤略粗糙，部分色素缺 失，有毛发生长，无功能障碍，住院时间20～50天。结论：烧伤湿性医疗技 术提供了利于创面修复的环境，能促进上皮生长，控制感染，减少疤痕形成，方法简便，对 深度烧伤创面也有良好疗效。

Experience with MEBT in Treating Deep Burn Wounds(A Report of 12 Cases) Cu i Wencheng, Cheng Chuanan. Affilated Hospital of Health school of Danjiangkou Ci ty, Hubei Province 442700
[Abstract] Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT in treating dee p burn wound s. Method: 12 cases of deep second and superficial third degree burn were treate d in the whole course with MEBT. Burn area 3-20%TBSA. Result: All the wounds hea led spontaneously. The skin after recovered was a little coarse and part of hypo pigmentation, hair was grown, no dysfunction occurred. The duration of hospital ization was 20-50 days. Conclusion: MEBT provided a favorable environment to the repair of burn wounds. It promoted epithelialization, controlled infection, red uced scar formation. It is easy and simple to apply and has very good efficacy i n treating deep burn. ......
