    〔摘 要〕 大面积残余创面，因耐药金萄(MRSA)感染导致反复植皮失败，在诸多外用药选择性使用之后，残余创面未见好转，经角纯使用MEBO两个月后，创面培养无MRSA，并逐渐缩小愈合。半年局部取病理活检：愈后皮肤结构完整，伴有皮肤附件。实践证明，MEBO治疗残余创面具有特殊疗效。

    MEBO for Treating Large Area Burn and Residual Wounds Ye Bin, Land Reclamation and Cultivation Central Hospital, Guangdong Province 524002

    〔Abstract〕 Residual wounds of large area burn infected by drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus were difficult to heal and unable to achieve skin grafting. Many locally applied drugs had been applied but all in vein. MEBO was then used. The wounds gradually healed after 2 months. Drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was no longer detected. After half a year, pathological examination proved that the skin healed with complete structure and skin appendages. MEBO is efficacious in treating residual wounds.
