    [ 摘 要 ] 目的：观察高原地区应用MEBO治疗烧伤的疗效。方法：近5年来收治30例烧伤，TBSA≥30%8例，均采用MEBT/MEBO规范化治疗，并重视全身性治疗。结果：30例均治愈，浅Ⅱ度，深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间分别为8～12天，18～25天，疗效满意。结论：MEBT/MEBO完全适用于青藏高原地区，较传统的包扎疗法或干燥暴露疗法优越，有推广价值。

    Experience with MEBO in Treating 30 Cases of Burn in Hospitals in the Plateau Area Xiang Liejia, People's Hospital, Guide County, Qinghai Province 811700

    [Abstract] 30 cases of burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO associated with systemic treatment in our hospital. 8 of them had burn area larger than 30%TBSA. All the patients were cured. For superficial 2nd and deep 2nd degree burns, wound healing time were respectively 8 to 12 and 18 to 25 days. The results were very satisfactory. This proved that MEBT/MEBO is suitable to be popularized in plateau areas and it is superior to conventional dry exposed therapy.
