    〔摘 要〕 脓既是热损伤的病理产物，又是机体自我防御和修复的必然结果，它反应了热损伤与机体反损伤之间矛盾运动的内在规律性。热损伤造成机体组织坏死，坏死组织因机体反损伤而腐化脱落和再生修复，脓就是机体反损伤的生化产物。脓因于热而成于湿，脓出则热退；毒因脓散，有脓不感染，脓出则食增，无脓不长肉。

    A New Understanding of the Purulent Secretion of Burn Wounds Gao Buying, Fire-fighting Hospital, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province 277137 〔Abstract〕 Purulent secretion is a pathological product of thermal injury and is also a product of the process of self-protection and regeneration of the body. It reflects the law of contradiction and motion between thermal injury and anti-injury. Thermal injury results in tissue necrosis, while anti-injury ability of the body makes the necrotic tissue liquefied and removed and finally repaired. Purulent secretion is produced in this anti-injury process. Purulent secretion is produced by heat, but while purulent secretion is removed, heat is expelled. Toxic substances are removed together with purulent secretion. No infection occurs while there is purulent. Appetite is improved after purulent secretion is removed.
