摘要碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(BFGF),BFGF受体(BFGFR)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在大肠癌中的表达增加,他们与大肠癌的相关性越来越受到人们的关注.但其确切机制仍然不清楚.现就BFGF,BFGFR及COX-2的结构与功能,及其在大肠癌的表达及促癌机制等方面进行综述.
