血浆尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物及其受体在急性胰腺炎中的测定及意义

摘要目的:检测急性胰腺炎患者血浆尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(u-PA)及其受体(u-PAR)水平,并探讨了与胰腺Balthazar CT分级的关系.
方法:收集32例急性胰腺炎患者和32例正常对照组,采用ELISA法测定血浆u-PA和u-PAR,并对急性胰腺炎患者血浆u-PA和u-PAR与胰腺Balthazar CT分级进行Pearson相关分析.
结果:急性胰腺炎患者血浆u-PA和u-PAR水平明显高于正常对照组.血浆u-PA水平为1 290.66±484.28 ng/L,高于正常对照组1 034.63±267.55 ng/L(t = 2.618,p= 0.012);血浆u-PAR水平为1 240.00±442.84 ng/L,高于正常对照组870.00±265.72 ng/L(t = 4.053,p= 0.000).经Pearson相关分析,急性胰腺炎患者血u-PA与胰腺CT分级呈负相关(r= -0.433,p= 0.013),血u-PAR与胰腺CT分级无关(r = 0.274,p= 0.129).
