摘 要：目的：观察烧伤早期未采用湿润烧伤膏治疗的创面，更换烧伤湿润暴露疗法(MEBT/MEBO)的疗效。方法：对30例非MEBO治疗的烧伤创面，一律更换为MEBT/MEBO治疗，根据创面情况及时清除“药痂”，或伍用耕耘疗法。结果：创面形成的药痂或污物溶解迅速，易于清除，痂下积脓消失；各种类型的创面均能在预期内愈合；其中2例Ⅲ度创面经植皮治疗愈合；深Ⅱ度皮肤色素减退者14例(70%)，瘢痕增生率为25.0%(5/20)；Ⅲ度创面均留有浅表型瘢痕。结论：非MEBO治疗的烧伤创面及时更换MEBT/MEBO治疗，具有良好的清除创面药痂污物及积脓等作用；但深Ⅱ度创面与早期实行MEBT/MEBO相比，瘢痕发生率偏高。

Abstract：Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating burn wounds previously treated with non-MEBO method. Method: 30 cases of burn had previously been treated with non-MEBO method were then treated with MEBT/MEBO. The wounds were timely cleaned to remove the residual "drug scab" and Ploughing method was applied where necessary. Results: After application of MEBT/MEBO, the wounds were easy to clean and the “ drug scab” easy to remove. The subcrustal empyema vanished. All the wounds healed as expected. 2 cases with 3rd degree wound healed after skin grafting ......
