    摘 要:MMP-9是金属蛋白酶家族中分子量最大的酶,它受许多细胞因子的调节.目前认为细胞外基质的降解在很大程度上取决金属蛋白酶与其抑制剂的平衡.MMP-9可作用较广泛的底物,在创面修复中起到重要作用,但在各种创面如急性创面、感染创面和慢性创面中的含量及相应作用有所不同,并且从某种程度上说MMP-9在创面渗液中的含量对创面的愈合趋势有一定的预测作用.对MMP-9的深入研究必将有助于攻克创面愈合中的种种难题.
