摘 要：目的:观察美宝胃肠胶囊对无水乙醇致大鼠胃粘膜损伤预防及治疗作用.方法:以无水乙醇制备大鼠胃粘膜损伤模型,不同时间、不同剂量给胃肠胶囊,观察胃肠胶囊对无水乙醇致大鼠胃粘膜损伤的预防作用及损伤后给药,观察其促进愈合作用.结果:美宝胃肠胶囊对无水乙醇致胃粘膜损伤溃疡模型有预防和保护作用,能减少胃液分泌,且对损伤的愈合有促进作用.结论:美宝胃肠胶囊是一种有效的胃粘膜保护剂.
