    【Abstract】 Objective To probe new approach of diagnosis and treatment for children’s special types of headaches.Methods 10cases of children with Cervicogenic headaches caused by adult’s cervical spondylosis-like disease in recent years were analysed.Results The subject disease has the same manifestation as those for adult’s cervical spondylosis，but no identical symptoms or test results were found and that most cases are reversible and believed to be caused by the fatigue of fasciitis(or muscles)around cervical vertebrate.Conclusion That children’s burden from their study be lessened.To reduce the frequency of the subject disease，it is strongly suggested that children keep a good posture when they either sit or sleep and to take part in open-door activities.Meanwhile it is also intended to call for more attention to the subject disease.
