    【Abstract】 Objective The stroke subjects were rehabilitated with Computer programming assistance graded program in our prospective study in order to explore the possibility to initiate the patients.Methods The concerned factors including Fugl-Meyer Assessment，Neuro-Function Impairment Scale and the following-up on The motor function recovery and the ADL functional recovery of the stroke patients were compared and investigated with regresˉsion analysis to evaluate the efficiency of the Computer programming assistance and the Visual-Audio graded proˉgram.Results The group with Visual-Audio graded program is significantly different from the controlled group.As a result，the Visual-Audio graded program is an efficient program in the functional recovery with of the stroke paˉtients.Conclusion Multi-media Visual-Audio graded program can st imulate the patients to actively participate in the program so as to improve the quality of the functional training.The Visual-Audio feedback is also an important factor of the motor re-learning of the patients.Therefore it is suggested that Computer programming assistance and the Multi-media Visual-Audio should be used in the functional rehabilitation of the stroke patients besides other methods. ......
