【摘要】 《黄帝内经》把健康人群分成阴阳二十五人，分别进行饮食和经络调理，以达到治未病之病目的，其中关键的技术是对二十五音的分辨。这是该理论和技术失传了2000多年的重要原因。本研究通过近年考古领域所带来的最新发现，对阴阳二十五人所对应的二十五音进行了论证研究，考证分析了它们的名称，利用现代声学理论计算并排列出它们在音阶中的位置。
