【摘要】 目的 探讨胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断及治疗。方法 回顾性分析1982～2003年中21例胰腺囊性肿瘤的病例资料。结果 行囊肿切除术4例，胰体尾切除12例，Whipple手术3例，囊肿外引流2例。误诊率10%，无术后近期死亡。浆液性囊腺瘤切除后无一例复发，囊腺癌(含囊腺瘤恶变)完整切除后5年生存率为63%。结论 提高对本病的认识，B超和CT是早期发现胰腺囊性瘤的最有效手段，减少误诊和完全切除，可获较长期生存。
